The non-inversion, low disturbance, seeding blades cut the soil open while placing the seed on to the seed terrace, where the seed is split to either side of the terrace by the soil interrupter and splitter bar.

A bespoke three row design features two rows of seeding legs with a third row of side press tines. The rear row runs in between the two seeding tines firming the soil from the side – one firming tine is needed for every two seeding tines.

Importantly, the Triton does not use a rear press or roller that would stop the drill working in damp soils. Instead, closer blades give horizontal consolidation of the seed bed; creating a secure platform at the correct depth for any seed.
